Terms and Conditions

TeamPulse is built and run by Edgeaxis Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 901, Sunteck Grandeur, Swami Vivekananda Road, Navneeth Colony, Andheri (W), Mumbai 400053, Maharashtra, India.

You accept these terms when you create an account, sign in or make a payment. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

TeamPulse is an online application for running a team. It includes:

• attendance, with a live camera selfie and the GPS location at check-in and check-out;
• task planning, with photo and PDF evidence;
• hours measured against each person's own daily target;
• dashboards, daily and weekly reports (PDF and Excel) and an evening email digest;
• challenges your team raises, tracked to resolution;
• help and support from our team.

It is delivered over the internet to a web browser. Nothing is shipped: see Shipping and Delivery.

The person who signs up becomes the founder of a workspace, your company's own space in TeamPulse. Founders invite project managers and team members, who receive their login by email. A founder sees the whole workspace, a project manager their own department, and a team member their own records.

You agree to:

• give accurate details when you sign up and invite people;
• keep passwords private, and change the emailed temporary password once you sign in;
• tell us promptly if you believe someone has used an account without permission.

You are responsible for what is done through the accounts in your workspace.

You decide whom to invite and what they record. TeamPulse records a photo, a location and working hours for each person you invite, so before you invite someone:

• make sure you may lawfully collect this information for managing their work;
• tell them what TeamPulse records and who can see it (our Privacy Policy explains it);
• invite only people who are 18 or older.

For the records your team creates, your company is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process those records on your behalf, only to provide TeamPulse to you.

A new workspace gets a 14-day free trial, starting when the founder first signs in. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. To keep making changes after it, subscribe from the Billing page.

• One subscription covers the whole workspace. Everyone you invite uses TeamPulse free, up to 100 people besides the founder on the current plan. A larger team can be arranged with us.
• Price. The current plan is ₹999 for the first 6 months, inclusive of all taxes (including GST) and charges. The price that applies to your workspace is shown on the Billing page before you pay, and it is the full amount you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
• A limited offer. This price is open to the first 100 workspaces to pay it. A workspace takes its place with its first payment at this price, and keeps it for the introductory period. Once every place is taken, new workspaces subscribe at a price agreed with us.
• After the introductory period. This price is introductory: it covers only your workspace's first 6 months of paid access. After that, you continue at the price we set at that time, or at a special price agreed with you when you contact us. Nothing is charged until you pay it yourself.
• Payment. Payments are made through Razorpay, our payment gateway, by UPI, card, net banking or the other methods Razorpay Checkout offers. Your card, bank and UPI credentials go to Razorpay; we never receive your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. Where we agree it with you, you may instead pay us directly, for example by bank transfer; we then record the payment against your workspace and it is receipted the same way.
• One period at a time, no auto-renewal. Each payment buys 6 months of access. There is no mandate or automatic debit: we only receive a payment when you make it yourself.
• Paying early loses nothing. A payment made before your trial or period ends starts the new period when the current one ends.
• Receipts. Each payment gets a receipt number, emailed to you and listed on the Billing page.
• Changes to the price or period. We may change the price, and the length of time a payment buys, at any time. A change never affects a period you have already paid for: it applies from your next payment, and the Billing page shows it before you pay.

Your access runs to the end of your trial or the period you paid for. After that, everything keeps working for 3 days of grace. Then the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still see and export its records, but nothing can be added or changed until a payment is made.

Nothing is deleted because a payment is late. Paying restores full access at once. A payment made during the grace period starts where the previous period ended; a payment made once the workspace is read-only starts on the day you pay.

You can stop using TeamPulse at any time by not renewing. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews automatically. When refunds are given, and how, is set out in our Cancellation and Refunds policy.

You agree not to:

• use TeamPulse for anything unlawful, or to record anyone who has not been told what it records;
• upload anything you have no right to share, or anything unlawful, offensive or harmful, including malware;
• try to reach another workspace's data, get around sign-in, limits or security, or disrupt the service;
• scrape the service, put excessive automated load on it, or copy or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows;
• resell TeamPulse or share one workspace between companies.

Your data is yours. You own the records your workspace creates: check-ins, photos, tasks, evidence, challenges and reports. You allow us to store, process and show them only to provide TeamPulse to you, as our Privacy Policy describes. You can export reports as PDF, Excel and CSV at any time.

The software is ours. Edgeaxis Technologies LLP owns TeamPulse: its software, design and name. While your trial or subscription lasts, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.

We work to keep TeamPulse available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance, updates and outages at the services we rely on (hosting, email, the payment gateway, maps) can interrupt it.

Check-in needs the device's camera and location, and the person's permission for both. Locations come from the device and addresses from OpenStreetMap, so either can be approximate.

We improve TeamPulse over time and may change or retire features. If we remove something important that you have paid for, we will tell you first.

We may suspend or close access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

When you stop using TeamPulse, you can export your reports first. To have the workspace and its records deleted, write to us: our Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what the law requires us to keep.

As far as the law allows:

• TeamPulse is provided “as is” and “as available”;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• we are not responsible for decisions you make from TeamPulse's records and reports, including decisions about your staff;
• our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You will compensate us for claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms or of the law, including collecting your team's information without a lawful basis.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will try to resolve it with you. Otherwise, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. We will email founders about important changes before they take effect. Using TeamPulse after a change means you accept it.

These terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refunds policy, are the whole agreement between us about TeamPulse. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term at once does not waive it. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
