Shipping and Delivery

We do not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, no courier and no delivery address to give.

• When you sign up, we email you a temporary password, usually within a few minutes.
• Your workspace and its 14-day free trial start the first time you sign in with it.
• People you invite receive their own login by email.
• TeamPulse works in any up-to-date web browser, on a phone or a computer. There is nothing to install.

• Immediately, as a rule. Your paid period is added as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally before Checkout closes.
• If the confirmation is interrupted (for example, the browser closes), Razorpay also notifies our server directly, and we check unfinished payments with Razorpay regularly. A completed payment is applied without you doing anything, normally within an hour.
• Receipt. A receipt is emailed to you, and the payment is listed on the Billing page.
• Paying early. A payment made before your current trial or period ends starts the new period when the current one ends, and adds 6 months.

TeamPulse is offered to businesses in India and priced in Indian Rupees. It can be used wherever there is an internet connection.

• No temporary password? Check your spam folder. Signing up again with the same email address sends a new one; if you were invited, ask the person who invited you to invite you again.
• Paid, but the period is not showing after an hour? Write to us with the receipt number or the Razorpay payment ID. We will apply the payment, or refund it under our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
